Misty Mountain Farm strives to raise true to type, athletic ponies and Cobs. We raise Sec. A Welsh Mountain Ponies and Section D Welsh Cobs. We are a small family farm located in west central Idaho.  We have been raising and showing Welsh Ponies and Cobs since the late 80's. My love of the Welsh breed began as a child with a crossbred Welsh Pony named "Flame".  My sister and I showed Flame at many open and 4-H shows where he won at everything from western pleasure to barrel racing. He taught both of our daughters to ride. He passed away in 1998 at the age of 40.  We strive to breed ponies not only with athletic ability, but ponies and cobs with great temperments that will become a part of the family.
